Is Cadet a practical tool-training course?
Cadet is the conceptual AI literacy foundation. It explains what AI is, where it helps, where it fails, how to identify use cases, how to communicate with AI, and how to use it responsibly. Practical screen demonstrations and platform techniques are added in Aviator.
Do I need coding or technical experience?
No. The programme is designed for non-technical adults. It focuses on becoming a capable user of AI rather than an AI engineer or model developer.
What is included in Cadet?
Cadet includes 32 recorded lessons, approximately four to four-and-a-half hours of finished learning, module knowledge checks, a final assessment, a workbook, course resources, and a completion certificate when the requirements are met.
How do I receive the certificate?
Complete 100% of the course and score at least 75% in the final assessment. You have three assessment attempts. If you do not pass after three attempts, contact support for the next steps.
How long can I access Cadet?
You receive ongoing course access with unlimited viewing, subject to platform availability and the course terms. Videos are for viewing through the course platform and are not downloadable.
Can I share my account?
No. Enrolment is for the registered learner and account sharing is not permitted.
When can I buy Aviator and Captain?
Aviator is available after completing Cadet. Captain is available after completing Cadet and Aviator. Passing the assessment is required for the certificate, not for plan progression.
Can I preview Cadet for free?
Yes. Create a TrainerCentral account and watch the selected free-preview lessons without entering payment details. The free preview does not unlock the complete course and does not lock the launch price.
Is ₹4,999 a monthly payment?
No. ₹4,999 is the complete Cadet launch course fee, not a monthly or yearly subscription. You may pay ₹4,999 once or use the launch 3-Part Flexi Pay arrangement. There is no recurring renewal after the agreed total is paid.
How does 3-Part Flexi Pay work?
Pay ₹999 on or before 19 August 2026, ₹2,000 on 19 September 2026, and ₹2,000 on 19 October 2026. The total is ₹4,999 with 0% interest. Access may be paused after a missed payment and restored after payment is confirmed. Payments stop after the third instalment.
How do I pay before the online payment gateway is active?
Choose Pay in Full or 3-Part Flexi Pay on the website and contact ThinkWafer through the pre-filled WhatsApp message. ThinkWafer will share the current authorised payment instructions, confirm the transaction, and activate or update your TrainerCentral access.
What prices do launch-period Cadet buyers lock?
Learners who pay either the ₹999 first Flexi Pay instalment or the ₹4,999 full Cadet fee by 11:59 PM IST on 19 August 2026 lock Cadet at ₹4,999 total, plus ₹24,999 for Aviator and ₹49,999 for Captain when eligible. Free preview or waitlist registration alone does not lock pricing.
What happens after the launch period?
Cadet becomes ₹9,999. Aviator becomes ₹49,999 and Captain becomes ₹99,999 for learners who did not secure the launch-period price lock.
What is the refund policy?
A refund may be requested within 10 calendar days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the course has been consumed, the final assessment has not been attempted, and no certificate has been issued. See the Refund Policy for the complete conditions.
Are AI subscriptions included in the course price?
No. Any third-party AI, productivity, creative, or software subscription is separate unless a specific offer explicitly says otherwise.
Is GST added to the displayed price?
ThinkWafer is not currently adding GST to the listed price. Any future applicable tax or charge will be displayed before payment.
