1. Electronic record
This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the applicable rules and amended provisions relating to electronic records. It is generated by a computer system and does not require a physical or digital signature.
2. Website and Platform
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of https://www.thinkwafer.com (the "Website"), including related pages, forms, course links, learner services, digital products, consultations, and other services offered through or in connection with the Website (collectively, the "Platform" and "Services").
3. Platform Owner
The Platform is owned and operated by ThinkWafer AI Services, located at ThinkWafer AI Services, Flat No. 91, Indira Reddy Nagar Colony, Vattinagulapally, Hyderabad 500075, Ranga Reddy, Telangana, India (referred to as "ThinkWafer", the "Platform Owner", "we", "us", or "our").
4. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and any service-specific terms disclosed before purchase. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform or Services.
We may update these Terms when reasonably required. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. You are responsible for reviewing the current version.
5. User information and account responsibility
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, enrolment, payment, and support interactions. You are responsible for activity carried out through your registered account and for protecting your login credentials.
6. Nature and suitability of information
The Platform and Services provide general educational and informational material. Neither ThinkWafer nor third parties guarantee that all information will always be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. You must independently assess whether a Service meets your requirements and verify important outputs before relying on them.
ThinkWafer does not provide medical, legal, financial, cybersecurity, employment, or other regulated professional advice. AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate results, and important decisions require appropriate human review and qualified professional advice where necessary.
7. Course access and learner use
Digital course access is personal to the registered learner and is subject to platform availability, lawful operation, payment confirmation, and compliance with these Terms. Course videos may be viewed repeatedly through the authorised course platform but may not be downloaded unless a resource is expressly marked as downloadable.
Account sharing, credential sharing, copying, screen recording, redistribution, resale, public performance, or unauthorised reproduction of course material is prohibited.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform and Services, including their design, layout, text, graphics, videos, course material, branding, and other content, are owned by or licensed to ThinkWafer and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Use of the Platform does not transfer any ownership right, title, or interest to you.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Platform or Services:
- For any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited purpose.
- To infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
- To upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with the Platform.
- To misuse another person's account or misrepresent your identity or authority.
- To copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit content without written permission.
Unauthorised use may result in suspension or termination of access and action under these Terms and applicable law.
10. Charges, payments, and transactions
You agree to pay the charges displayed or otherwise communicated before purchase. By initiating a transaction, you enter into a legally binding agreement with the Platform Owner for the relevant Service. Payments may be processed by an authorised third-party payment provider, business UPI, bank transfer, or another payment method communicated by ThinkWafer, and may also be subject to the relevant provider's terms and privacy practices.
Where a finite instalment arrangement is offered, it is a method of paying the stated total course fee and is not an open-ended subscription. The number, amount, and due date of each instalment will be displayed or communicated before the first payment. No further instalment is due after the agreed total has been paid.
A free preview does not constitute a paid purchase and does not by itself lock a promotional price. Where the launch offer expressly permits a first instalment to lock pricing, the lock begins only after ThinkWafer confirms receipt of that payment within the stated deadline. Course access may be paused when an agreed instalment remains unpaid after any communicated grace period and may be restored after payment is confirmed.
11. Third-party services and links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, software, course platforms, payment providers, or other services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. ThinkWafer does not control their independent operations, availability, pricing, features, or policies.
12. Refunds and cancellations
Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the published Refund Policy at https://www.thinkwafer.com/refund.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, service providers, officers, agents, and employees from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of a third party's rights.
14. Force majeure
Neither party will be liable for failure or delay in performing an obligation when performance is prevented or delayed by events beyond reasonable control, including failures of utilities, communications, hosting, payment networks, course platforms, natural events, government action, or other force-majeure events.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
